Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change, and we aim to make order management easy.

✅ How to Cancel an Order

  • Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement.

  • Email us immediately at customercare@flexicus.com with your order number and "Cancel My Order" in the subject line.

⏳ After 2 Hours

  • If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

  • You may initiate a return after receiving the product (see our Return Policy for details).

Subscription Cancellations

  • You can cancel, skip, or modify your subscription anytime via your account dashboard.

  • No cancellation fees or penalties.

  • Cancellations must be made 72 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged.
