Healthy Chicken Fried Rice


Bragg’s Liquid Aminos
Chicken Tenderloins
White Rice
Small Onion
2 Eggs
Coconut Oil
Onion Powder
Garlic Powder
Sea Salt
Black Pepper



1) Cut Onions
2) Cut Chicken
3) Begin boiling rice (Cook time depends on the type of rice you are using. Adjust accordingly.)
4) Add coconut oil to a large pan, let heat for 1-2 minutes and add onions
5) Cook onions until they are translucent
6) Remove rice from water
7) Scramble eggs
8) Add chicken
9) Season chicken and let cook (Cook time depends on the thickness of pieces.)
10) Add cooked rice
11) Add Liquid Aminos/ Stir
12) Add frozen veggies/ Stir
13) Let rice simmer 5-7
14) Enjoy!
